People of our guild! Listen! The time has come, or we have to make it come! For the new era and start of our guild.
Currently, our guild is struggling itself with few unknown things, people don't even know what the guild is having problems with, which are:

1) Lack of events
2) Many leavers
3) Lack of conversation and "getting-to-know-each-other"
4) Fighting with the Alliance
5) Misunderstanding with each other.

These are the things that we are currently having! However, the answer for these problems seems quite simple.
We need to get to know each other more and talk to ourselves and other members of the guild what they dislike and like, and the future events.
This is what the forum is for! Our guild has a forum and a website, so whats the problem?
Well, the problem is that (nearly) everyone actually DO register, on the other hands, most of them just register and then don't even (bother) participating.
So please, if you will follow these simple instructions, everything will be easily solved:

1) Talk / Chat a lot in Guild Chat
2) If you have a idea for the guild, don't hesitate, just talk to the leader/officer!
3) Keep on having a look at the website (because at the moment, I have actually stopped uploading recent news due to lack of views)
4) Keep on viewing and participate in the forums.
5) If you have a problem or a idea, tell it in-game, or else, if you can't OR no one is online, post your opinion in the forum.

Let's try to solve these things together, to make the guild for fun/amusing/enthusiastic!

The subject doesnt really matter since most conversations start from the most stupid things and heh I suppose thats what we officers are here for to listen "shit talk".

These things are the well knows problems of our guild.The main thing i noticed was that sometimes there are more active officers than members.About ideas i have a few in my mind which i'm not going to share here. Those two words "New Era" always flash the light above my head.But i'm going to be a mean one and think this over.

What Night says is true and the key to resolve these problems, are those points he numbered, maybe a few more.

I finally got on at 10:30 on saturday to say hi and was greeted with complete silence by the rest of the guild,what in the sam hill was that all about a quick "in mission" is better than nowt

Oh well, as you will see...NOW, if you go on Guild Wars and look out our Guild Roster, you will be pretty much shocked (well I was) on how much the Guild has decreased on the amount of members, meaning that officers should recruit a lot, but in fact, they DON'T!

Ede or Storm should take a serious action on this now, or else, in the worse scenario, the guild will go totally down that it will be unable to be brought back up.

Hope you have an answer to this "recruiting matter" and I really wish it would be solved soon.

*Note (Also, Officers aren't kicking inactive members, they should kick them; apart from the members that are absent/holidays)
